Privacy Policy

This policy explains what personal data Asymetrics Digital ("we", "us") collects through asymetrics.io, why we collect it, and the choices you have. It covers visitors, creators who apply to our network, and brands who ask to work with us.
Who we are

What we collect

We do not use advertising or analytics cookies, and we do not track you across other websites.
Our legal basis (UK and EU visitors)
- Steps before a contract: when you apply as a creator or ask us for a proposal, we use your details to take the steps you asked for.
- Legitimate interests: running and securing the site, filtering spam, and keeping records of enquiries so we can follow up.
- Legal obligation: checking that creators meet the minimum age set by advertising rules for gambling.
Who we share it with
We do not sell your personal data or share it for advertising. We use a small number of service providers who process data on our behalf:
- Netlify hosts the website and stores form submissions.
- Google Workspace provides our email, where form notifications arrive.
- Google Fonts serves the site's typefaces, so your browser sends your IP address to Google when the page loads.
If you are a creator and we cast you for a campaign, we share your handle, portfolio and the content you produce with that brand, and we tell you before we do.
International transfers
Our providers may store data in the United States. Where data leaves the UK or EU, we rely on the provider's approved safeguards, such as the UK International Data Transfer Addendum, EU Standard Contractual Clauses or the Data Privacy Framework.
How long we keep it
We keep creator applications and brand enquiries for up to two years after our last contact with you, then delete them. If we start working together, we keep the records our contract and tax rules require.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you can ask us to access, correct, delete or export your data, to restrict or object to how we use it, and to withdraw any consent you gave. US residents in states with privacy laws, such as California, have similar rights and will not be treated differently for using them. Email will@asymetrics.io and we will reply within one month.
If you are in the UK and unhappy with how we handled your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk. We would appreciate the chance to fix it first.
Age
This site is for adults. Our creator network is open only to people aged 21 or over (25 or over for UK gambling campaigns). We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18, and we delete it if we find we have.
Changes
If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top of this page.
